Commission Process

• Please read the terms of service & restrictions, and make sure you are comfortable with them before ordering. Any questions or concerns can be directed to [email protected]!• Once you've decided which art style you would like, fill out the commission form. After you submit the form, I'll respond within 5 business days, letting you know if I am accepting your request or not. At this point, I will ask for any other additional information I need to begin.If you need to cancel your commission at this point, just let me know and there will be no penalties! :)• I will then send an invoice through PayPal for the amount of your commission, including extra characters, backgrounds, etc. (if applicable).• I will start the first sketch when the payment is received. You can expect to see it within ~10 days of payment.• At this point you can provide feedback on the first sketch, and I will go back and revise it as needed. When you're satisfied with the sketch, I will then start the line art (flat-color comms) or coloring/rendering (full-color comms).***After this point, I will not be accepting refunds, unless I tell you I am unable to finish your commission. In this case, a full refund will be provided. ***• I will check in with you at this stage to either get your approval for the final full-color rendering or to get the OK to move on to flat colors. You are allowed 1-3 free minor revisions in either case. Any more than 3 or larger revisions will require a fee.• Once you've approved the final piece, that's it! I will send a PNG file of your commission through email. Enjoy your commission!

Terms of Service

Basic Info

• Payment is through PayPal, commission is started when the invoice is paid in full.• Prices are in Canadian Dollars ($).• This is a digital commission, to be delivered through email. At this time I do not provide physical copies of commissions.• These are personal use commissions: social media icons/banners, gifts, wallpapers, etc. They cannot be printed and re-sold, used on merchandise or used for any other methods of redistribution. For commercial work please contact me via email.• You may repost the commissioned piece to your social media platforms, as long as credit is given to me, the artist. If I'm not on the platform, just link my Twitter!• Commission turnaround times usually are between 2-5 weeks, depending on the complexity of the request. If you need it sooner, please indicate so on the form. This may incur a rush fee.• Visual references are required, please! Photos, Pinterest boards, or sketches, are examples of what you can send! Also include a written description of what you want the commission to look like.• I have the right to deny a commission request for any reason.• I retain the rights to the commissioned art for promotional use (ex: on social media or my portfolio). I do not claim the character(s) in the piece as my own.

Refunds

• No refunds after the sketch is approved. You are allowed to ask for changes during the sketch phase. Excessive (+3) or major revisions beyond the sketch phase come with a fee.• If you want to cancel before I send the invoice, just let me know!• A full refund will be issued if I am unable to complete the commission. You will receive the work finished up to that point.• If I have completed the commission and you ask for a refund, it will be denied.• If you have gone against my terms of service and ask for a refund, it will be denied.

Additional Info

• My watermark/signature will be added to the final commission; do not remove/crop it or claim the art as your own.• The base prices are for one character; additional characters can be added for 80% of the base price.
For the "Portrait" option, additional characters cost 85% of the base price.• Backgrounds are 1 solid colour, gradient or simple pattern by default. For more complex patterns or detailed backgrounds, a fee will be added depending on complexity.• If you have specific dimensions for your piece, let me know in the form!
